Dressing up Ami took me way too long, but I finally got time to put some outfits together and film the process. I hope that you enjoy her little transformation!

Yes, that’s right: ‘My Dolly Week‘ is back! For everybody, who hasn’t been here for the first 70 installments: This is my weekly column, which I had been writing from the very start of this blog and which kind of stopped as soon as I switched to video format. I did however realize these last few months that I was missing a more personal touch in contrast to my more focused videos and blog posts. And that concludes, why we’re here today!
Last week was huge for me: I connected with several friends, went hiking through the vineyards of Vienna, attended a pilates class all by myself (which was so much fun) and when it was rainy on the weekend, ‘Final Fantasy X’ was here to save the day! I now want a Rikku, Yuna and Lulu Pullip so bad…
You might also have noticed that my face is now literally everywhere; on my blog and social media. This is all thanks to my friend Miyu, who did my make up and took my pictures: Thank you so much for everything!

Thank you so much for watching and please stay tuned for my next Smart Doll video; the unboxing of my second Smart Doll girl! π

We went to Mirai Store in Tokyo at the beginning of December and it was such a dream come true to be able to see all of those beautiful Smart Doll girls and boys in person! Aaand then we met Danny Choo! π It was such a great day and I also shopped quite a bit for my sweet girl Mei, who was patiently waiting for me at home! π

Mei, my Smart Doll Melody, has been part of my dolly family for about six months now, which is super late to finally introduce her in a proper way. This is why, I am also going to show you all of her clothes that I have collected so far and let her try them on too! π
Smart Dolls are such beautiful creatures, I am in love! π

Whee, here I am! π Being in front of the camera is a completely different experience, but at least I had good company. π This tag is really old, but I thought that it would be a nice way to introduce myself to you. That being said, it took me three times to film this thing and lots of computer crashes while editing, so to finally be able to share it, is my own personal miracle! πΉ

Two weeks ago ‘Komonogatari’ turned 1,5 years old, which is calling for my updated wishlist that I share every six months! Right now, I am actually mainly saving up for my trip to Japan in December and we got so many doll announcements, which have been kind of overwhelming too. Nonetheless, wishes I have plenty and there are still enough dolls and relating aspects for me to be discovered, so actually writing them all down, already makes me super excited-and so far we are only at the rambly intro of this blog entry. Do not forget to share your dolly wishes with me in the comments after reading! Continue reading 1,5 Years of Komonogatari: My Dolly Halfiversary Wishlist!
Last Sunday something inside of my head clicked. It is always difficult to pin down the exact moment, when things change. I am constantly thinking about this blog, about the content I post and hope to produce in the future. And with my regular posting schedule I was starting to feel comfortable. This comfortable feeling is dangerous because it also means that you are caught up in a routine that could easily go on forever – and this is not what I want because I want to do and learn so much more! It also dawned on me that this comfortable space was only an illusion because there were certain things at the back of my head, who I did not dare to touch. And still, the more I ignored them, the more my longing to actually face them grew! Continue reading My Dolly Week #70: Pushing Yourself!
